Japanese platform Carstay reports record demand for motorhome rentals and overnight parking spot bookings during the Golden Week holidays. Bookings for April 25 - May 6 reached about 120, with a gross merchandise value (GMV) of approximately 7 million yen, 1.5 times higher than the same period last year. The demand is driven by rising hotel prices, high costs for overseas travel, and an increase in trips with pets.
