A campsite for motorhomes, Camping-1, has been listed for sale in the Minsk region on Lake Selyava, about 160 kilometres from Minsk. The site covers almost two hectares on the lake's first shoreline in the Krupsky district and is priced at 412,500 Belarusian rubles (around $140,000 equivalent). It offers 50 serviced pitches with electricity and water, 50 tent spaces and eight wooden cabins for 2–3 people, with a total capacity of over 300 visitors. The owner is open to various cooperation options, including redeveloping the land for a new tourist centre or a gated holiday village.
