On Thursday, 13 August, at about 14:10 BST, a motorhome and a car collided in the Saltash Tunnel on the Cornwall side of the Tamar Bridge.
Devon and Cornwall Police reported that an ambulance attended and injuries were minor. National Highways confirmed the road has reopened, but delays of about 25 minutes and queues of two miles remain on the approach to the A38 in both directions.
