Incident chronology
20 July 2026 — In Sandefjord on Strandpromenaden, a motorhome ran over a woman's legs on an electric scooter. The victim was hospitalized with injuries to both legs.
6 July 2026 — On highway E134 in Kviteseid (Telemark), a head-on collision occurred between a Belgian motorhome and a German car. According to various sources, 6 people were injured. A 10-year-old child was airlifted to Ullevål hospital, and another person was hospitalized in Skien. All injuries are not life-threatening. The motorhome was severely damaged; the road was partially closed.
22 June 2026 — On highway E39 near Lake Svelavatn (Bjerkreim), a motorhome and a car collided. Six people were in the two vehicles, all conscious. The car's passengers were taken to hospital by helicopter and ambulance. The car driver had their license revoked. Both vehicles were towed.
15 May 2026 — In Bodø on the Nordsia road, a motorhome with foreign plates drove off the road but did not overturn. Police reported no injuries, no vehicle damage, and the driver was not under the influence. Traffic was not affected.
