God’s Country RV Resort in Shreveport, Louisiana, now offers luxury Conestoga wagons for overnight stays. Located within the Soda Lake Wildlife Management Area, minutes from downtown, the wagons feature air conditioning and access to glamping restrooms. The resort includes fishing ponds, a swimming pool, game room, disc golf, dog parks, and golf cart rentals, along with RV sites, cabins, and a Grand Lodge with a private pool.

NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers completed the sale of 4 Guys RV Park, an 81-site RV park on over 70 acres near Red River Gorge, Kentucky. The property offers access to Daniel Boone National Forest and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. Sean Wood and Jesse Pine represented the seller; the buyer was a repeat out-of-state client. The deal highlights continued investor demand for RV parks in recreation-driven destinations.

The village of Sand Lake, Michigan, is hosting a 4th of July celebration from July 1st to 5th, featuring a parade, carnival, rodeo, and a motorhome demolition derby. Colorado-based Rossmönster has introduced the Loft, a Class B camper van built on a 144-inch all-wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. It is the first American-made camper van to feature a vacuum-infused composite fiberglass shell, offering improved strength, weight reduction, and sealing. The van sleeps up to four adults, includes a 1,000-Ah lithium-ion battery, 3,000-watt inverter, and 440-watt solar array. Pricing starts at $284,987, with reservations available for a $1,000 deposit.
