Organizers of the Sorcières festival in Pouyastruc have confirmed the event will take place this coming weekend after about 300 traveler caravans left the stadium. The caravans departed early Monday morning heading toward Tournay. Their presence had previously threatened the festival, which is expecting 500 children on Thursday. Organizers noted that the festival's exterior, dismantled Sunday evening, now needs to be rebuilt.
The festival, founded in 2022, features four days of events with a raven theme, including school days and free public entry on the weekend. The fifth edition is scheduled for June 18–21.
