A caravan overturned on the M25 this morning, causing major delays for drivers. Surrey Police were called to the clockwise carriageway between Junction 5 (Sevenoaks) and Junction 6 (Godstone) shortly before 10:00.
Three lanes were temporarily closed for recovery but have since reopened. According to reports, queues stretched up to six miles (about 10 km) and delays persisted for up to an hour. National Highways advised drivers to avoid the area. No injuries were reported.
