Gloucestershire Police said 20 drivers will be prosecuted for driving on the hard shoulder of the M5 after a motorhome crash. The motorhome's tyre blew out, causing it to overturn at junction 12 on Sunday morning. The M5 was closed while police attended, but some drivers used the hard shoulder, delaying paramedics and National Highways vehicles. Another motorist will be prosecuted for filming the crash on their phone while driving.
