Installation of 135 caravans paralyzes local life in Saint-André-de-Corcy

A fair scheduled for June 7 at the Plaquette stadium in Louviers has been postponed. The field is currently occupied by several dozen caravans. The municipality of Grandvilliers (Oise) has launched a feasibility study to relocate its motorhome parking area. The new site is planned near the leisure zone, with construction expected to start in 2027.

The commune of Maël-Carhaix in Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany, has opened a free motorhome stopover with six spaces. The site includes a waste disposal area, water supply, and three electrical outlets. Some services may be suspended in winter, except for waste disposal. The stopover is located near shops and serves as a base for exploring the Monts d'Arrée.

Approximately 150 caravans have set up camp on the airfield in Fayence without authorization. Local authorities have declared the occupation illegal and plan to take action.
