The first Kongque Bay Motorhome and Camping Culture and Tourism Festival opened on 25 October in the Wuhua district of Kunming, Yunnan province. Around 1,000 motorhomes gathered for the event, according to organisers. The programme includes lakeside motorhome stays, Bai ethnic performances and local food tastings. The festival is scheduled to run until winter.
