The 27th Shanghai RV and Camping Expo opened on August 22, 2026, at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Conference Center (according to one source, at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center). The show runs for three days, until August 24.
More than 600 RV models are on display, including electric and hybrid vehicles. Highlights include the SAIC Maxus "Xintu Yuanjie Shenghuo Jia" hybrid RV with a 35.2 kWh range and the Vala KCar camper priced at 99,800 yuan.
Exhibition space increased by 20% and the number of exhibitors by 30% compared to last year. One source reports visitor numbers on opening day rose by about 30%. In the first half of 2026, 5,315 campers were registered, up 64.2% year-on-year.
