Direct Cars unveils DC EVLIFE electric camper based on Kia PV5

Direct Cars has announced the DC EVLIFE camper model, built on the Kia PV5 platform. The vehicle was presented at the Tokyo Camper Show 2026. The DC EVLIFE is positioned as an electric camper combining mobility and comfort. It features an electric motor, a range of 5 km, AC 100 V and USB Type-C outlets, as well as heating and air conditioning systems.

Standard equipment includes LED lighting, USB Type-C and AC100V outlets, a DC-AC converter, and a bed mat. Options include a 19-inch Smart TV and a compact induction cooktop. Direct Cars has also opened Kia PBV dealerships in several prefectures.
