The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has initiated enforcement action against Ridgeway Resort (formerly Buttyland) caravan park in Manorbier. The park failed to comply with conditions of a 2021 planning permission, which required transferring land for 14 affordable housing units to the local housing authority. As of May 2025, 17 static caravans had been installed on site, 16 occupied, but the land transfer had not occurred. The development management committee approved legal proceedings to enforce the agreement.
