Portland-based company Vanlife Northwest has unveiled the SC project based on the 1989–2004 Toyota HiAce minivan. The vehicle has been converted into a compact motorhome for two: the interior features fold-out sofas forming a double bed, a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and gas stove, along with a 38-liter water tank and an additional 200 Ah battery. The conversion costs $27,000, while the donor vehicle can be purchased used for $5,000–$10,000.
