Nutritionist Rita Barros and personal trainer Rodrigo Machado have refurbished a 1985 Renault Trafic campervan named Jacinto Pinto. The couple bought the vehicle in July 2025, already converted into a campervan, but chose to renovate the interior: they removed the shower, replaced the bed with a larger one, built tables for remote work, and added a cabinet for a fridge. A first trip to southern Spain in August 2025 revealed issues with the electrical system and lack of space, prompting further modifications. This year, a second trip from Beira Baixa to Serra da Estrela tested the improvements, with upgraded batteries lasting longer. The couple plans to continue testing the campervan in Portugal before travelling abroad.
