American YouTuber Levi Kelly from Ohio has built a fully functional camper based on a Japanese mini-truck, the Honda Acty 4×4. The living area is just 1.95 square meters, roughly the size of a regular dining table. The project budget was about 7000 euros (8000 dollars), including the vehicle.
The camper includes a bed, sink, running water, shower, flushing toilet, and heating. The shower is external and attaches to the wall. Kelly claims this is the world's smallest functional motorhome, but the record is not certified. He later listed the camper for sale at 11,900 dollars.
According to a new source, the living module can be removed and used separately. The curb weight is limited to 360 kg, so lightweight materials are used. Electricity is provided by a solar panel. The project cost 8000 dollars and is sold for 10,000 euros.
