The municipality of Rouy-le-Grand (Somme) has ordered fishermen to remove their caravans from communal ponds by early July. The decision is based on the prohibition of using natural areas for housing, as a caravan is legally considered a dwelling. Fishermen, who have been parking there for decades, are requesting a one-year delay to find alternatives.
