The Seattle City Council could vote as early as Oct. 20 on a proposal to ban RV parking on city streets for more than two hours and require permits for parking in industrial areas. After six offers of shelter, a permit would be revoked. The plan would use $1.5 million in one-time funding and $3.5 million in ongoing funding. Mayor Katie Wilson and homelessness coalition director Alison Eisinger raised concerns about the proposal's complexity and cost.
