At the June 15 town meeting at Edna Drinkwater School, Northport residents voted overwhelmingly to support a moratorium on an RV campground, glamping site, and events center proposed for Beech Hill Road. The moratorium lasts six months, renewable for another six, to address concerns raised by the community.
