Redcar and Cleveland Council will introduce new parking rules for motorhomes and campervans in Saltburn from Monday, July 6. Under the trial, motorhomes can only park in marked bays on the north side of Marine Parade, with a maximum stay of four hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Parking is banned at all times on unmarked sections. The council says the measures aim to balance resident and visitor needs, not to ban motorhomes entirely.
