Authorities are considering the future of an experimental ban on overnight parking of motorhomes on parts of the North Yorkshire coast. Over 3,000 responses to a council consultation objected to the scheme, with over two-thirds of respondents being motorhome owners. A decision on making the ban permanent will be made in April, with a meeting scheduled for March 2.
