Prices range from 79 to 535 euros.

Grand Design RV recalled 448 of its 2026–2027 Lineage travel trailers on July 10, and Winnebago recalled 134 of its 2027 Navion and View motorhomes on July 14. Both recalls stem from a MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fan whose printed circuit board can overheat and cause a fire. Neither company manufactured the fan; it was sourced from a supplier. The recalls are filed by the vehicle manufacturers as required by federal law.

Maxxair, an Airxcel brand, has announced a new RVTI Level 3 accredited training program for professional RV technicians. The course, launching early Fall 2026, covers installation, diagnosis, and service of Maxxfan and Maxxair ventilation products, including PCB troubleshooting and motor diagnostics. It is approved for 1.5 RVTI credit hours.
Photographer Thomas Heaton spent a day in the Scottish Highlands in heavy rain, abandoning his original plan to drive to the Isle of Skye. He stopped at Loch Loyne in the Trossachs National Park but failed to capture satisfactory images. Heaton used a diesel heater and MaxxAir fan to manage condensation in his motorhome, and employed a polarizing filter stacked on a six-stop ND filter for four-second exposures. The next day, he photographed a waterfall in Glen Coe with a 20-35mm wide-angle lens and a three-stop ND filter, getting a shot thanks to a tip from another driver.
Airxcel has appointed Andrew Thomas as OEM account manager for its Coleman-Mach and Maxxair brands. His role will focus on strengthening engagement with motorhome and caravan manufacturers, gathering product feedback, and accelerating new technology adoption.
