Malibu Van has expanded its camper lineup with the Relax 640 LE XR, based on the Fiat Ducato and measuring 6.36 m in length. The key feature is a maxi-storage area at the rear, made possible by an adjustable bed that can be raised to provide 1.45 m of loading height underneath. The camper includes a lounge with two swivel seats, a kitchen with a two-burner hob and an 84-litre fridge, and a spacious washroom. An optional Protect pack adds tie-down rails and a removable PVC floor mat.

The model is equipped with a Truma Combi 6 diesel heater, a kitchen block from the Malibu Van Comfort, and is available in three trim levels. Price starts at 63,000 euros.

The German camper van Pössl Summit has won first place for the fourth consecutive year in a reader poll for 'camper vans with a shower under €60,000'. It received 19.6% of the vote, ahead of the Malibu Van (18.6%) and Weinsberg Cara-Bus (14.7%). In the import category, the Adria Twin Twin won with 33.5% of votes.
