The municipality of Bistrița, Romania, has allocated over 579,000 lei (about €116,000) to purchase three caravans that will serve as mobile creative hubs under the European B-CONNECT project. Dubbed Eco-Guilds, the caravans will be used as mobile workshops for youth in three areas: environment and urban greening, IT and robotics, and art and design. The €5.3 million project aims to improve quality of life, reduce pollution, and promote green mobility. Bids are due by May 28.
