A study conducted in February 2026 identified the motorhome and caravan insurers perceived as fairest by customers. The survey involved 2394 customers of 28 companies, who evaluated them on 15 criteria across four categories: product offering, price-performance ratio, customer service, and claims settlement. Ten insurers received a 'very good' rating, and nine others were rated 'good'.
