A group of volunteers from Dyess Air Force Base is seeking a large fifth-wheel RV to house eight people during the annual Chili Superbowl in Buffalo Gap, Texas. The event, scheduled for Labor Day weekend, raises thousands of dollars for Ben Richey Boys Ranch. Last year, Family RV donated rental RVs, but they are not available this year. Organizers are asking local businesses or RV owners for a loan or sponsorship.

On June 1, 2026, a crash on Interstate 74 in Decatur County, Indiana, involved two pickup trucks, one towing a camper trailer. The camper trailer overturned, blocking traffic.
