Starbucks Korea unveils mobile coffee trailer

Korean brand DOD is launching a mobile camper van project for direct customer interaction at campsites. The van will tour campsites from late April through June, offering product displays, consultations, and tea ceremonies. The initiative aims to replace traditional store visits with on-site meetings at leisure locations.

The Kumho SLM motorsport team has signed a sponsorship deal with motorhome manufacturer Jeil Mobile. Under the agreement, the company will provide its flagship motorhome to support the team's participation in the Superrace Championship and Hyundai N Festival throughout 2026. The signing ceremony took place on April 18 at Everland Speedway in Yongin.

The first caravan styled like a traditional Korean hanok house has opened in Byeonsan National Park, South Korea. The accommodation costs from 50,000 won per night and can accommodate up to five people.

The Sodo Campground in Taebaeksan National Park opens on April 16 for the spring season. The 31,700 sq m facility features 18 sites for small caravans, 14 sites dedicated solely to caravans, and 48 sites for car camping, totaling 80 sites. A new stargazing program will be introduced this season.

Campers and caravans are occupying spaces for extended periods in the free public parking lot at Central Sports Park in Changwon, causing a shortage of parking. Under the revised Parking Lot Act effective from July 2024, authorities can issue movement orders and towing measures for vehicles parked long-term in public parking facilities.

St Ninian's beach in Shetland recorded over 13,500 vehicle visits during three summer months. The landowner called for caravan owners to avoid leaving trailers parked for weeks, as this limits access for other visitors.
