South Korean ERP company YSPACE (Younglimwon Soft Lab) has invested heavily in a workation (work + vacation) project. According to one source, the investment was about 28.1 billion won; another says 30 billion won. The site is in Gyeonggi Province (Paju), covering 23,281 m², and can accommodate up to 100 people at once.
The complex includes 100 camper vans equipped for remote work with sleeping areas, showers, and kitchens, plus a camping zone, yoga and meditation halls, a badminton court, a fitness center, and a pension. Employees can book facilities using corporate bonus points, and a 250,000 won meal allowance is provided for long business trips. The company has operated a similar base in Sokcho since 2022. The project spans three years and targets SME employees and freelancers.
