She is the only producer in Occitanie making such kombucha. Her products are certified organic, alcohol-free, unpasteurized, and contain no preservatives. She also offers ginger beer and kôso made from fermented raw plants, as well as oak-aged kombucha vinegars. Montolio sells at several markets in the region.
