Australian couple Chris Maujean and Miriam Mace, who sold their home and possessions in 2020 to live in a caravan, found that treating every day like a holiday led to weight gain and unhealthy habits. Mace, a former fitness instructor, launched an online fitness platform Mimfit to help travellers stay healthy.
