French singer Daniel Guichard, 77, uses a 5.5-tonne Niesmann + Bischoff integrated motorhome for his tours across France instead of hotels and dressing rooms. The motorhome was purchased just before the COVID-19 pandemic; about 90,000 km have been driven since. Guichard drives it on a category B licence issued before 1976, which allows him to operate the vehicle without a heavy goods licence. His wife cannot drive the motorhome because she lacks such a licence, which Guichard calls his only regret. He is also involved in a campaign against low-emission zones (ZFE) alongside writer Alexandre Jardin.
