Pham Xuan Thanh from Lam Dong completed a three-week trip from Lam Dong to Quang Ninh using a pickup with a Truck Camper, covering over 1,300 km. The first 20 km were frightening due to the unfamiliar handling with a 700–800 kg load, but after adaptation the journey became easier. The Truck Camper allows stopping anywhere but requires suspension upgrades (25–30 million VND) and is not a substitute for a hotel for families with children.
