A truck camper is a camper unit designed to slide into or mount on the bed of a pickup truck, turning the truck into a self-contained motorhome without permanent modification.
Truck campers are highly capable off-road vehicles when combined with a 4WD pickup. They can be removed from the truck at a campsite, allowing the truck to be driven separately. Common in North America and growing in Europe.
