The city of Saco will hold a public hearing on a potential ordinance change to allow temporary stays in campers and RVs on private property. The amendment would permit overnight stays in residential areas for up to 14 days with a permit. Currently, camping is not allowed in Saco except under special circumstances, such as during home construction.
