Sun Communities Inc. is expanding its Signature RV resort network, designed for extended stays. The resorts feature wide concrete pads, landscaping, and amenities resembling a residential complex. The concept targets seasonal guests, remote workers, and retirees willing to pay above average for stability and comfort.

Big Rig Friendly RV Resort in West Columbia, South Carolina, is finalizing the installation of fiber optic internet in partnership with Ripple Fiber. The operator describes connectivity as the 'fourth utility' alongside water, sewer, and electric hookups. The new network will support streaming, video conferencing, and remote work for guests. Completion is expected shortly.

Palm Creek Resort, located between Phoenix and Tucson about 50 miles from Phoenix, is an RV park designed for those aged 55 and older. It offers over 2,000 RV sites and manufactured homes, an 18-hole golf course, 32 pickleball courts, a fitness center, and on-site dining. The park is near Casa Grande Ruins National Monument and Picacho Peak State Park.
