In May 2026, new RV retail registrations declined 19.04% year-over-year, according to Statistical Surveys Inc. (SSI). This marks the ninth consecutive month of YoY decline and the 17th in the last 19 months. Towable RVs fell 19.61%, motorized RVs dropped 13.52%. Used RV sales improved, with a 2.41% decline compared to 8.61% a year earlier.
