Encore RV Unveils Front Bath RŎG Adventure Trailer Floorplan

Construction of an $8 million RV park with 67 hookup sites broke ground on June 11 in Danbury Township, Ohio. The project includes 16 permanent log cabins, a bathhouse, pavilion, commercial fish cleaning, boat and golf cart storage, laundromat, convenience and tackle store, bar, restaurant, and ice cream parlor. The first RV sites and six cabins are expected to open in spring 2027, with full completion by fall 2027.

The Deschutes County Commission adopted the 2027 fiscal year fee schedule, introducing new charges for long-term RV parking at the Deschutes Expo Center RV Park: $1,500 per month (up to three months) and $295 per week. System development charges for new homes and visitor accommodations increased by $150 to $200, depending on building size.

Oliver’s Campers, founded in 1966 in Norwich, New York, has been awarded the 2026 Small Business of the Year by Commerce Chenango. The award recognizes six decades of service, deep community roots in Chenango County, and evolution under three generations of family leadership. The business started as a side venture in the founders' yard and now operates as a multi-location dealership for towable RVs and campers. The recognition will be presented at the Annual Commerce Chenango Awards Gala on June 18, 2026.

Lucas Buda, a former participant of 'BBB 24', has been hired by Brazilian YouTube channel A Crítica to cover the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States. Together with influencer Matheus Guedes, he is traveling by motorhome between host cities, reporting on behind-the-scenes content, match atmosphere, and local curiosities. Buda, a former physical education and capoeira teacher, moved to Manaus after the show and became a sports presenter on local TV.

Gastón Ortega, born in Ingeniero Jacobacci, Argentina, built a motorhome in Neuquén and set off on a journey across the Americas. Over two years, he visited several countries, including Chile and Venezuela. In the US, he plans to unfurl a giant Argentine flag at Copa América matches. After the tournament, he intends to continue through Central America and return to Patagonia.
