The Chinese city of Rongcheng (Shandong province) sold 15,112 RVs in 2025, exporting products worth 2.06 billion yuan. Main export markets are Australia, the United States, South Korea and Japan.
Local manufacturers are adopting weight-reduction technologies (carbon-fiber panels), modular solutions and safety standards, including a national standard for trailer safety chains. They also adapt products for foreign markets with insulation and freeze protection.
In 2026, exports in the first four months increased by 33.2% compared to the same period last year.
