China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has published the 411th batch of new vehicle announcements, including the Bawanglong BWL5030XSYBEV pure electric camper from Sichuan Bawanglong Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The vehicle measures 4925×1780×1990mm with a wheelbase of 2865mm, powered by a CATL lithium iron phosphate battery and a Xinyuan Power motor with a peak output of 75 kW and a top speed of 100 km/h. It comes standard with sleeping equipment, a toilet, and storage compartments, eliminating the need for aftermarket modifications. The range has not been disclosed, and the brand is not well-known, but the growing demand for electric campers and supportive policies present opportunities.
