Aboard has unveiled the T4, a caravan equipped with its own approximately 100 kWh battery and an electric traction assistance system. This allows the caravan to reduce the load on the towing vehicle and to manoeuvre autonomously at low speed via a smartphone or remote control. The manufacturer claims up to seven days of off-grid autonomy, supported by the large battery, roof-mounted solar panels and an energy system that can also power external devices. Technical details, market launch timing and pricing have not been announced; the model is expected to be in the premium price range.
