One person was hospitalized with third-degree burns after a fire spread to a camper in southeast Lubbock County, Texas. The blaze started as a grass fire around 2:36 p.m., possibly from burning trash. Fire departments from Idalou, Buffalo Springs, and Slaton responded, along with the Texas Forest Service. An investigation is ongoing.
