In Lansing, Michigan, 36 dogs, including puppies and pregnant females, were living in a rundown minivan with their owner, who had been moving between parking lots after arriving from Florida. Ten puppies were rescued when the owner allegedly tried to sell them; one dog gave birth within an hour of arriving at the shelter. The remaining dogs stay with the owner due to insufficient evidence for cruelty charges, but all are now vaccinated. Adoptions for surrendered dogs are on hold.
