Tourism Authority of Thailand Attracts Malaysian Caravan to Revive Tourism in Hat Yai

A caravan of 400 Honda Gold Wing motorcycles with 550 participants from 12 countries visited Trang province as part of a three-day tour. The event, organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand in Kuala Lumpur and the Winger Camarderie Ride club, generated over 14 million baht for the local economy. The president of the Southern Hotel Association called it a positive signal for the region's tourism business, noting that such traveler groups have high spending and long stays.

A new campsite called 'Khuan Kong Thui' has opened in Phang Nga province, Thailand, on a former rubber plantation. The owner converted the land into a tourist spot with panoramic views of the city and mountains. The campsite offers 11 tents, barbecue equipment, a cafe, and a restaurant.
