The Carolinas Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CARVC) has announced that registration is now open for its annual CARVC 2027 Conference & Expo, scheduled for January 30 through February 2, 2027, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort in South Carolina. The event's theme is "Preserving Traditions and Creating Memories."
For 2027, organizers are expanding the event's reach, inviting participants from Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and Georgia. The program includes a keynote by memory expert Sean O'Neill, educational sessions on legal issues, insurance, ADA accessibility, and park operations, as well as an expo and networking events. According to one source, an additional Saturday session on legal and insurance topics for campgrounds will be held. Registration is available online, through the Camping Carolinas app, or by mail.
