The search for a new motorhome parking site in Isselburg continues after the Werther town hall option was rejected. The existing site at Münsterdeich is in poor technical condition and its proximity to a cemetery causes conflicts between mourners and campers. Alternative locations (Stromberg, Schützenplatz) were dismissed. Now the Vehlinger Berge site is being considered, which has paved area and sanitary facilities but requires land-use planning. A waste disposal station at the sewage plant is also discussed, but direct use on the plant premises is excluded.
