Chilean company Nativa Camper boosts camper production and eyes EU market

Brazilian travelers Matheus and Carol, living in a motorhome and heading to Ushuaia, met Marcelo and his dog Malu in Chile. Malu travels in a mini motorhome towed by a bicycle, equipped with a mini kitchen and a sleeping area. The video of the encounter, posted on Instagram on May 23, has garnered over 87,000 views.

A mini caravan priced at R$ 77,990 (February 2026 prices) has been launched in Brazil. It weighs 750 kg, features an external kitchen, 12V air conditioning, and a bed for three, but has no toilet or shower.

Architecture firm ALMACÉN de Arquitectura has released a photo gallery of Casa RV, a compact living module based on an RV. The 15–16 sq m structure includes a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, with expandable sections that increase interior space.

German company Ari Motors unveils the Ari 458 Pro, a compact electric camper van 3.5–3.8 m long. Range up to 230 km, price from €25,530 excl. VAT. Orders open May 1, 2026.

Chilean actor Cristián Riquelme posted a video showing significant damage to his motorhome. His dogs chewed through the electrical wiring, causing a short circuit and rendering the vehicle completely inoperable.
