San Francisco authorities are investigating allegations that a man posing as a city outreach worker sold temporary parking permits to RV dwellers for cash. Four residents reported being offered the permits, which provide a six-month grace period from a citywide ban, for up to $500. The city's Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing confirmed the investigation and stated permits will be audited for authenticity.
