All NewsThe UAZ Navigator, a production motorhome built on the UAZ Patriot chassis, has been introduced on the Russian market. It accommodates four people and is assembled entirely from Russian components. Dimensions: length 5400 mm, width 2100 mm, height 3100 mm; module weight 2350 kg. Three trim levels are available: Standard, Optima and Lux. The base Standard includes an autonomous heater, diesel boiler, induction hob, 95-litre refrigerator, shower with cassette toilet, 600 W solar panels and two 100 Ah batteries. Optima adds a tow bar, awning, roof rails with ladder, TV, portable power station and air conditioner; the top Lux adds a washing machine, coffee machine and additional LED lighting.
On October 7, a Fiat Ducato caught fire in the village of Kharantsy, Olkhonsky district. The owner, born in 1992, suffered burns to his arms and legs and was taken to hospital.
The all-Russian exhibition Big Siberia: Hunting, Fishing, Tourism in Siberia will take place at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre from 15 to 18 April 2027. Interest in motorhomes and caravanning is growing in Russia. According to market participants, the country has about 30–32 thousand owners of motorhomes, campers and residential trailers, with no precise official statistics.
UAZ has announced a motorhome built on its Profi truck model. The vehicle features a kitchen unit, a bathroom with shower, heating and convertible furniture. The powertrain is a 2.7-litre petrol engine producing 150 hp, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, all-wheel drive and a transfer case with a low-range gear. UAZ previously produced the Baikal series of motorhomes based on the Bukhanka, aimed primarily at European buyers, particularly in Germany.
In the new season of the travel programme, Vita Chikovani travelled by motorhome through Yaroslavl Oblast. The route includes Rybinsk with filming locations from The Twelve Chairs, Yaroslavl with Kirova Street, Strelka Park and the Music and Time museum, Pereslavl-Zalessky with Lake Pleshcheyevo and the Blue Stone, and Rostov Veliky with the Rostov Kremlin, used in Ivan Vasilyevich Changes His Profession. An overnight stay in the motorhome by a river is included.
