Sales of motorhomes, camper vans, and caravans surged following the 2020 lockdowns. A caravan requires a separate towing vehicle and is less maneuverable, a motorhome can accommodate up to 7 people but is expensive and bulky, while a camper van is compact but limited in interior space. A standard category B driver's license is sufficient for operating most of these vehicles.
