Vietnamese tourists rent motorhome for journey through southern Xinjiang

A group of five Vietnamese tourists completed a 16-day trip through southern Xinjiang, China, in a rented motorhome. The route included the Taklamakan Desert, Muztagh Ata glacier, and a mountain road with 600 sharp turns. The trip cost approximately 55 million VND (about $2,200) per person.

A motorhome was tested over a distance of 1000 km. Range achieved about 80% of claimed at an average speed of 91 km/h. The driver assistance system performed well, including handling unexpected situations. Fast charging to 97% took less than 10 minutes.
